Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to drive decision-making across business units. You will be responsible for developing insightful reports and visualizations while working closely with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Handling

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from diverse sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Ensure data consistency and integrity.

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Track business KPIs and performance metrics.

Collaboration

• Work with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand data needs.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to support business goals.

Tools & Technology

• Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL for querying, and BI tools for visualization.
• Support ad hoc queries and database extraction tasks.

Documentation & Process Optimization

• Maintain clear documentation of data methods and findings.
• Identify and implement process improvements in data workflows.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical teams.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
